The Mortgage Centre – Island Properties formerly known as The Mortgage Centre - Pacific Properties Ltd. is the result of the purchase by Sandy Higgins of the company founded by Terry Martin. Sandy, President and franchise owner of Westbrook Ventures Ltd. doing business as The Mortgage Centre - Island Properties purchased the company in 2009 from Terry Martin and has added her experience and knowledge to this successful company to create a superb team of talented and experienced mortgage brokers who adhere to the company philosophy of client service excellence.
The office is located at 890 Short Street, Victoria, B.C. near the Town & Country Shopping Centre. In addition the company has community specialists in Nanaimo.
